We’ve built this company one person at a time. Finding team players who share our philosophy for offering quality service is no small undertaking, but we are confident we have a strong foundation and an outstanding management team upon which to grow our company.
Before anyone joins our team, they must first undergo a rigorous interview process including a thorough background check. We’ve found that everyone—and I mean EVERYONE—says they know how to clean; very few actually can. Therefore, all new team members (regardless of their previous experience) are thoroughly trained in OUR way of cleaning a building in order to meet our high standards. They will work with account managers, and it’s not uncommon for the company owners to be personally involved in their training. We are the only commercial cleaning company in Southwest Oklahoma to develop an employee-only area on our website designed to strengthen each team member’s continuing education and skills-set. We realize that each member of the cleaning staff is an extension of our company—and yours. We have never taken that lightly at A-1 Janitorial Services, and we never will!
Account Executive/Quality Control
The goal of any Account Executive should be to not only anticipate the evolving needs of the client, but to locate, identify and resolve potential problems before the client is ever affected by them. Only by performing regular facility inspections can these goals be achieved. We must be willing to lose sleep so the client doesn’t have to.
Regular communication is absolutely necessary. From the outset we strive to know our clients goals and surpass them. We want our clients to relax knowing they’re in capable hands—knowing that we’re taking care of the important business they have entrusted to our company. For us, it’s not enough to meet the clients expectations, we always endeavor to exceed them. At A-1 Janitorial Services when we say, “Quality may be the bottom line, but it’s our top concern”, we really mean it.
